Why you need to organise pages
PDFs rarely arrive perfect. Scanner feeders turn a few pages sideways or upside down, someone exports a report with blank sheets in the middle, and a photocopied contract might have pages out of sequence. Without an editor, fixing this means rebuilding the whole document.
Page organisation lets you fix the structure of a file without touching its content: reorder pages, rotate any page 90 or 180 degrees, and delete pages you do not need. The text and images on each page stay exactly as they are.
How to organise PDF pages
- Open the tool. Go to Organise Pages. It runs locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
- Upload your PDF. Every page appears as a thumbnail card in order, so you can see the whole document at a glance.
- Drag or use the controls. Move pages into the right order, rotate the ones that are sideways, and delete any that should not be there.
- Download. Click to generate the corrected PDF. Your original file is left untouched.
Rotating upside-down pages
If a page is rotated 90 degrees or upside down, select it and rotate it in the correct direction. The rotation applies only to that page — the rest of the document is not affected. This is the quickest fix for a mis-scanned page, and it is fully reversible if you rotate back.
Removing unwanted pages
Blank sheets from double-sided scans and stray cover pages are common problems. Select the pages you want to remove and delete them before downloading. If you are not sure whether a page is needed, keep it — you can always remove it later, but a deleted page is gone from the output file.
Tip: organise first, merge or compress later. Fix the page order, then combine the file with others using Merge PDF, or shrink it with Compress PDF before emailing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I move a single page to a new position?⌄
Yes. Select the page's card and move it up or down until it sits where you want it.
Does rotating a page change the rest of the PDF?⌄
No. Each page is rotated independently; the other pages are untouched.
Can I recover a page after deleting it?⌄
No. The output file is generated from the pages you keep, so double-check your selection before downloading. Your original upload is never modified.
Is the tool free and private?⌄
Yes. It is completely free, and because processing happens in your browser, your document never leaves your device.
